This was the plainest B&B we stayed in, but it was clean. The owner bought it 30 years ago, and was fixing it up little by little. He talked about how hard it was to get work done, and how long the waiting lists were. Sound familiar? The view from our window across the street was of the River Eske, the twin bridges, and the castle.
