What a privilege to have been someone's preacher and years later their nurse. Spoke at an old friend's celebration of life today. She was 91. At age 80 or 81 (my forgetter works too well) I had the privilege of baptizing her (and her daughter). 21 years ago today, I officiated at her granddaughter's wedding, and of course she and her husband (and their youngest child!) were in attendance today. You just never know how you may be involved in the life of a family. What a blessing! June, 2017
