Our Irish travel buddies invited us over for supper Saturday night. The lady of the house fixed Dublin Coddle and brown Irish Soda Bread. Oh, so, good! We joked that the Dublin Coddle in Ireland better be as good if not better or we would be disappointed.


Seven weeks from today we will be on our way!
